Определить частоту выявления антикератиновых антител (АКА) при РА. Материал и методы. АКА определялись методами непрямой иммунофлюоресцениии (НИФ) и Westem-blott в сыворотках 58 больных РА (43 жен и 15 муж) и 30 здоровых доноров. Результаты. АКА были обнаружены у 76% больных РА вне зависимости от длительности заболевания и возраста пациентов. Специфичность АКА для РА составила 96%. Заключение. Вопрос о роли АКА в развитии РА и их диагностическая ценность требуют дальнейшего изучения. Ключевые слова: антикератиновые антитела, ревматоидный артрит, диагностика.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To assess frequency of antikeratin antibodies (AKA) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods. AKA were measured by indirect immunofluorescence and Western blott in serum of 58 RA patients (43 f and 15 m) and 30 healthy donors. Results. AKA were found in 76% of RA patients not depending of duration of the disease and age of patients. AKA specificity for RA was 96%. Conclusion.
