Одной из основных причин летальности при ревматических заболеваниях (РЗ) являются сердечно-сосудистые катастрофы (инфаркт миокарда, инсульт, внезапная сердечная смерть), обусловленные ранним развитием и быстрым прогрессированием атеросклеротического поражения сосудов [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. В исследованиях последних лет показано, что увеличение риска развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений (ССО) при РЗ связано не только с традиционными факторами риска (ТФР), но и с иммуновоспалительными механизмами, лежащими в основе патогенеза РЗ и атеросклероза [2,3].
