Представлены методологические соображения по повышению качества исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper analyzes the main problems associated with randomized controlled studies in medical rehabilitation: patient selection; use of simulation devices as placebo; standardization of methods; blinding procedure.
