Для клинических исследований и особенно для рутинной практики четкое определение понятия «обострение аксиального спондилоартрита» крайне важно. Оно позволит, с одной стороны, унифицировать характеристику исходов за определенный промежуток времени, с другой – стандартизировать терапевтические подходы. В журнале Annals of Rheumatic Diseases 4 февраля 2016 г. была опубликована он-лайн посвященная этому вопросу статья Л. Госсек и соавт. «Preliminary definitions of 'flare' in axial spondyloarthritis, based on pain, BASDAI and ASDAS-CRP: an ASAS initiative» («Предварительные определения “обострения” при аксиальном спондилоартрите, основанные на боли, BASDAI и ASDAS-СРБ: инициатива ASAS»).
The clear definition of the concept of «flare in axial spondyloarthritis» is of paramount importance for clinical trials and routine practice in particular. It will be able to unify the characteristics of outcomes over a particular period of time on the one hand and to standardize therapeutic approaches on the other. On 4 February 2016, the journal Annals of Rheumatic Diseases published the on-line paper «Preliminary definitions of 'flare' in axial spondyloarthritis, based on pain, BASDAI and ASDAS-CRP: an ASAS initiative» by L. Gossec et al., which was devoted to this topic.
