Поиск работ за последние 15 лет проводился в системе Medline по ключевым словам: «псориатический артрит» (psoriatic artritis), «минеральная плотность кости» (bone mineral density), «остеопороз» (osteoporosis) и «переломы, связанные с остеопорозом» (fragility fractures, low-energy fractures, osteoporotic fractures). В статью включены данные исследований по изучению частоты ОП и переломов, факторов риска ОП и влияния лекарственной терапии на состояние костной ткани у больных ПсА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review deals with the problem of generalized osteoporosis (OP) in psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Works published in the past 15 years were sought in the Medline using the keywords «psoriatic arthritis», «osteoporosis», and «osteoporosisassociated fractures» (fragility fractures, low-energy fractures, and osteoporotic fractures).
