В лекции представлены современные данные об эпидемиологии, патогенезе, клинических проявлениях, диагностике, дифференциальной диагностике и этапах лечения ревматической полимиалгии – хронического воспалительного заболевания неизвестной этиологии, поражающего лиц пожилого возраста.
