Сердечная недостаточность (СН) является финалом сердечно-сосудистого континуума; декомпенсация этого состояния часто приводит к смертельному исходу. Исследований по изучению СН, ее частоты, факторов риска, особенностей диагностики у больных СКВ крайне мало. В статье подробно рассмотрены данные, посвященные определению, частоте, современной классификации и алгоритму диагностики СН, проведен сравнительный анализ факторов риска СН в общей популяции и среди пациентов с СКВ. Обсуждены трудности диагностики СН в этой категории больных и возможные способы их преодоления.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>With increased survival in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), cardiovascular diseases have become the main causes of death. Heart failure (HF) is the final stage of the cardiovascular continuum; decompensation of this condition commonly results in death. Studies of HF, its frequency, risk factors, and diagnostic features in patients with SLE are extremely few. The paper details data on the definition, frequency, current classification, and the algorithm for the diagnosis of HF and comparatively analyzes the risk factors of the latter in the general population and among patients with SLE.
