Обсуждены преимущества и недостатки наиболее широко применяемых медикаментов: нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов, колхицина, глюкокортикоидов, традиционных иммунодепрессантов, перспективы применения генно-инженерных биологических препаратов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper considers currently available drugs used to treat calcium pyrophosphate crystal deposition disease.
