У пациентов с КВС основная трудность заключается в правильной диагностике и определении тактики хирургического или консервативного лечения. Представлено клиническое наблюдение пациентки с КВС, алгоритм обследования для определения значимости патологии периферических нервов и ОА тазобедренных суставов, обсуждается выбор тактики хирургического лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Coexisting hip osteoarthritis (OA) and lumbar spinal stenosis (central and foraminal) and/or spondylolisthesis is called a hip-spine syndrome (HSS). The central problem is correctly diagnosing and determining the tactics of surgical or medical treatment for patients with HSS.
