В последние годы проблеме нейропсихических нарушений при дебюте системной красной волчанки (СКВ) в детском и подростковом возрасте стало уделяться значительно больше внимания, что обусловлено существенным влиянием поражения нервной системы на течение СКВ в целом, выбор терапевтической тактики и прогноз. В лекции рассматриваются вопросы распространенности нейролюпуса у детей и подростков, особенности клинической картины, возможные связи с другими проявлениями СКВ и иммунологическими нарушениями, обсуждаются аспекты патогенеза нейропсихических нарушений и влияние особенностей формирования нервной системы в этот возрастной период на различия в проявлениях нейролюпуса и прогноз. 

Neuropsychiatric disorders in juvenile-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) stay in the focus of attention in recent decades due to significant influence of CNS lesions on SLE course in general, necessity to optimize therapeutic interventions and outline prognosis. This paper considers the prevalence of neurolupus in children and adolescents, specific features of the clinical picture, possible relationships with other SLE manifestations and immunological disorders, aspects of neuropsychiatric disorders pathogenesis and potential influence of growing and developing nervous system on SLE course, resulting in varying neurolupus manifestations and prognosis.
