Основным препаратам в курации больных с антифосфолипидным синдромом является варфарин. Роль прямых оральных антикоагулянтов в терапии антифосфолипидного синдрома остается противоречивой. В статье рассмотрены современные данные о месте прямых оральных антикоагулянтов в лечении антифосфолипидного синдрома.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Antiphospholipid syndrome is an acquired autoimmune thrombophilia characterized by the development of recurrent vascular thrombosis of any caliber and type or obstetric pathology and the mandatory identification of persistently positive antiphospholipid antibodies. The main drug in the treatment of patients with antiphospholipid syndrome is warfarin. The role of direct-acting oral anticoagulants in the treatment of antiphospholipid syndrome remains controversial.
