<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes a COVID-19 patient with several biomarkers of systemic cytokine storm (including multiple excess over the reference values of C-reactive protein, ferritin and D-dimer) and increased level of autoantibodies (aPL and anti-CCP). At the same time contrast-enhanced CT and US failed to detect pulmonary embolism or lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Three months after discharge from the hospital, a high level of antiphospholipid antibodies and D-dimer remained. The relationship between infection with SARS-CoV-2 and autoimmunity has been discussed. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>аутоимунные болезни</kwd><kwd>антитела к циклическому цитруллинированному пептиду</kwd><kwd>антитела к кардиолипину</kwd><kwd>антитела к β2-гликопротеину</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>autoimmune diseases</kwd><kwd>anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies</kwd><kwd>anti-cardiolipin antibodies</kwd><kwd>anti-β(2)-glycoprotein antibodies</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Sacchi MC, Tamiazzo S, Stobbione P, Agatea L, De Gaspari P, Stecca A, et al.
