<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Psychic trauma received in childhood is a common phenomenon that causes damage to the child’s body that hasn’t been fully formed. Severe traumatic events in childhood disrupt the development of regulatory systems, which can lead to the occurrence of many diseases and disorders: increased risk of developing mental disorders, rheumatic, cardiovascular and oncological diseases, and reduced life expectancy. This article discusses the pathogenetic aspects of the influence of psychotraumas experienced in childhood on the occurrence of systemic inflammation and, as a result, the development of mental disorders and rheumatic diseases in adults. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>детские психотравмы</kwd><kwd>депривация</kwd><kwd>ревматические заболевания</kwd><kwd>психические расстройства</kwd><kwd>системное воспаление</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>childhood adversities</kwd><kwd>deprivation</kwd><kwd>rheumatic diseases</kwd><kwd>mental disorders</kwd><kwd>systemic inflammation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Якиманская ИС.
