В статье представлены основные достижения в изучении этой группы заболеваний у детей с акцентом на наиболее значимые с практической точки зрения вопросы, связанные с диагностикой, классификацией, особенностями клинической картины и современными подходами к терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of study systemic connective tissue diseases with juvenile onset for modern medicine is determined by the trend towards their growth in the population, the difficulty of early diagnosis, the rapid development of disability and a poor life prognosis.
