В исследовании приняли участие 10 пациентов с остеоартритом коленного сустава III стадии, которые проходили амбулаторное лечение в ФГБНУ НИИР им. В.А. Насоновой. Все больные в течение 3 месяцев использовали ФРОВВК. Для оценки результатов определяли интенсивность боли по визуальной аналоговой шкале (ВАШ) и функцию коленного сустава по опроснику травм коленного сустава и исходам остеоартрита <ext-link xlink:href="https://orthotoolkit.com/koos/" ext-link-type="uri">KOOS (Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score) </ext-link>до начала использования ортеза, через 1 и 3 месяца. Дополнительно оценка по ВАШ проводилась сразу после фиксации ортеза на коленном суставе.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Медиана возраста пациентов составила 63,5 [55,0; 74,0] года, индекса массы тела – 29,9 [27,9; 34,0] кг/м2, боли по ВАШ исходно – 40,0 [40,0; 60,0] мм, боли по ВАШ через 1 ч после начала использования ФРОВВК – 25,0 [10,0; 30,0] мм, боли по ВАШ через 1 мес. – 10,0 [0,0; 20,0] мм, боли по ВАШ через 3 мес. – 10,0 [0,0; 20,0] мм. Медиана счета по опроснику KOOS исходно составила 41,5 [38,0; 50,0], через 1 мес. – 61,0 [53,0; 63,0], через 3 мес. – 63,5 [58,0; 64,0]. Ни у кого из больных не отмечались нежелательные явления при ношении ФРОВВК.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study – Is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the use of a functional unloading orthosis with the possibility of varus–valgus correction (FUOVVC) in patients with stage III osteoarthritis of the knee joint.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study involved 10 patients with stage III osteoarthritis of the knee joint who underwent outpatient treatment at the V.A. Nasonova Federal State Medical University of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. All patients used the FUOVVC for 3 months. To evaluate the results, pain intensity was determined using a visual analog scale (VAS) and knee joint function according to the knee injury and osteoarthritis KOOS (Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score) questionnaire before using the orthosis, after 1 and 3 months.
