Smolen, M. Mosca и M. Schneider стартовал проект создания концепции «Лечение до достижения цели» для системной красной волчанки (СКВ). В 2014 г. были опубликованы подготовленные этой группой рекомендации «Лечение СКВ до достижения цели». В статье обсуждаются проблемы внедрения стратегии в реальную клиническую практику и обсуждаются предполагаемые пути ее реализации, предложенные международными экспертами в 2025 г.: 5 основных принципов и 11 утверждений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In January 2013, at the initiative of the world’s leading rheumatologists Ronald F. van Vollenhoven, Josef Smolen, Marta Mosca and Matthias Schneider, a project was launched to create the “Treat-to-Target” concept for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In 2014, the group published recommendations “Treat-to-Target for SLE”.
