<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review focuses on the latest data on the role of neutrophils in the pathogenesis of ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis (AAV). Numerous signaling pathways for the regulation of neutrophil function during AAV development are discussed, including the role of neutrophil proteases, neutrophil extracellular traps, the influence of complement components and intercellular interactions. The impact of extracorporeal treatments is discussed. The perspective goals of therapy are considered.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нейтрофилы</kwd><kwd>АНЦА-ассоциированный системный васкулит</kwd><kwd>гранулематоз с полиангиитом</kwd><kwd>микроскопический полиангиит</kwd><kwd>эозинофильный гранулематоз с полиангиитом</kwd><kwd>внеклеточные ловушки нейтрофилов</kwd><kwd>нейтрофильные протеазы</kwd><kwd>С5а компонент комплемента</kwd><kwd>фармакотерапия</kwd><kwd>авакопан</kwd><kwd>экстракорпоральные методы лечения</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>neutrophils</kwd><kwd>ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis</kwd><kwd>granulomatosis with polyangiitis</kwd><kwd>microscopic polyangiitis</kwd><kwd>eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis</kwd><kwd>neutrophil extracellular traps</kwd><kwd>neutrophil proteases</kwd><kwd>C5a complement component</kwd><kwd>pharmacotherapy</kwd><kwd>avacopan</kwd><kwd>extracorporeal treatments</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование не имело спонсорской поддержки</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Jennette JC, Falk RJ, Bacon PA, Basu N, Cid MC, Ferrario F, et al. 2012 revised International Chapel Hill Consensus Conference nomenclature of vasculitides.
