Высокая коморбидность расстройств пищевого поведения, особенно нервной анорексии, и различных аутоиммунных заболеваний хорошо известна, однако лишь единичные зарубежные публикации касаются вопросов распространенности и особенностей течения расстройств пищевого поведения у детей с иммуновоспалительными ревматическими заболеваниями, а в отечественной научной печати проблема коморбидности расстройств пищевого поведения и ревматических заболеваний ни у детей, ни у взрослых пациентов до сих пор практически не обсуждается.Цель настоящего обзора – попытаться восполнить данный пробел в русскоязычной научной литературе, обобщив имеющиеся в доступных зарубежных публикациях данные о расстройствах пищевого поведения у пациентов, страдающих системной красной волчанкой с ювенильным дебютом, ювенильным идиопатическим артритом, ювенильной фибромиалгией и другими синдромами хронической скелетно-мышечной боли, а также при гиперурикемии

The high comorbidity of eating disorders, especially anorexia nervosa, and various autoimmune diseases is well known but only a few foreign publications address the prevalence and course of eating disorders in children with immuneinflammatory rheumatic diseases, while in the domestic scientific press the problem of comorbidity of eating disorders and rheumatic diseases isn’t still discussed, neither in children nor in adult patientsThe aim of this review is to try to fill this gap in the Russian-language scientific literature by summarizing the data available in foreign publications on eating disorders in patients suffering from juvenile-onset systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, juvenile fibromyalgia and other syndromes of chronic musculoskeletal pain, as well as hyperuricemia.
