У большинства пациентов с системной красной волчанкой (СКВ) наблюдаются различные варианты поражения кожи. Кожные проявления при красной волчанке классифицируются как специфичные или неспецифичные для волчанки на основе гистопатологических данных. Специфические для волчанки кожные заболевания включают хроническую кожную красную волчанку, подострую кожную красную волчанку и острую кожную красную волчанку. Неспецифические и редкие для СКВ поражения кожи чаще встречаются у пациентов с высокой активностью, а в некоторых случаях могут рассматриваться как признак другого патологического процесса, включая другие заболевания соединительной ткани. Ревматологу важно знать не только спектр типичных кожных проявлений при СКВ, но и редкие, неспецифичные поражения, чтобы помочь спрогнозировать вероятность системного заболевания и обеспечить пациентам своевременную терапию с целью контроля активности болезни и предотвращения повреждений.

Most patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) present with some form of skin involvement. Skin manifestations of lupus are classified as lupus-specific or lupus-nonspecific based on histopathologic findings. Lupus-specific skin lesions include chronic cutaneous lupus erythematosus, subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus, and acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus. Nonspecific and rare SLE skin lesions are more common in patients with high disease activity and in some cases may be considered a sign of another pathological process, including other connective tissue diseases. It is important for the rheumatologist to be familiar not only with the spectrum of typical SLE skin manifestations but also with the rare, nonspecific lesions to help predict the likelihood of systemic disease and provide patients with timely therapy to control disease activity and prevent damage.
