Целенаправленная модуляция молекул, влияющих на поляризацию альтернативно активированных макрофагов М2, может препятствовать прогрессированию фиброза. Рассматриваются перспективы лечения иммуновоспалительных заболеваний с поражением легких, направленного на функции макрофагов, включая возможности применения селективного модулятора нейропилина 2 эфзофитимода при системной склеродермии и саркоидозе, а также при других заболеваниях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the role of macrophage polarization in the processes of inflammation and fibrosis. Targeting the polarization of alternatively activated M2 macrophages could be a promising strategy to prevent fibrosis progression.
