Современные клинические рекомендации по лечению системной красной волчанки (СКВ) включают преимущественно вопросы, связанные с частыми клиническими проявлениями. В данном обзоре представлены некоторые редкие симптомы СКВ, обусловленные поражением нервной системы, желудочно-кишечного тракта, легких, сердца, кожи, некоторые варианты васкулита, гематологических нарушений, и разработанные международной группой экспертов клинические рекомендации по лечению 24 редких проявлений. В международную группу вошли 119 специалистов из трех экспертных групп по СКВ: Европейской референтной сети по редким и сложным заболеваниям соединительной ткани и опорно-двигательного аппарата (ERN ReCONNET, European Reference Network on Rare and Complex Connective Tissue and Musculoskeletal Diseases), Международной ассоциации клиник по лечению СКВ (SLICC, Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics) и Европейского общества по изучению СКВ (SLEuro, European Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Society). Эти согласованные экспертные рекомендации могут служить основой при выборе терапии в тех случаях, когда действующие рекомендации недостаточны или неприменимы.

Existing guidelines for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) mainly include issues related to common clinical manifestations. This review presents some rare manifestations of SLE caused by damage to the nervous system, gastrointestinal tract, lungs, heart, skin, some types of vasculitis, hematological disorders, and clinical guidelines for the treatment of 24 rare manifestations developed by an international group of experts. The international group included 119 specialists from three SLE expert groups: the European Reference Network on Rare and Complex Connective Tissue and Musculoskeletal Diseases (ERN ReCONNET), the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus International Collaborating Clinics group (SLICC), and the European Lupus Society (SLEuro). These consensus expert recommendations can serve as a basis for choosing a therapy in cases where current recommendations are insufficient or inapplicable.
