Синдром SAPHO, названный по первым буквам основных симптомов (Synovitis - синовит, Acne – акне, Pustulosis – пустулез, Hyperostosis – гиперостоз и Osteitis - остеит) – редкое хроническое воспалительное заболевание неизвестной этиологии, характеризующееся сочетанием своеобразных кожных (ладонно-подошвенный пустулез, акне конглобата или акне фульминанс, гнойный гидраденит) и костно-суставных изменений (остеит различных локализаций и синовит) [2] Впервые это название было предложено в 1987 г. A. Chamot и соавт. [цит по 3]. В отечественной литературе, насколько нам известно, о наблюдениях синдрома SAPHO у взрослых до сих не сообщалось, хотя в 2004 г. В.В. Бадокиным был опубликован обзор сведений об этом заболевании [1]. В этом статье мы приводим наблюдения двух больных синдромом SAPHO.
