Изучение эффективности и переносимости растворимой формы нимесулида- нимесила 200 мг/сутки у 30 больных ревматоидным артритом в 8 недельном контролируемом исследовании показало, что ннмесил обладает выраженным аналгетическим и противовоспалительным действием, о чем свидетельствует снижение выраженности боли (ВАШ, мм), числа болезненных и воспаленных суставов, В 77% случаев эффект оценен как хороший. Препарат отменен у 3 больных из-за развития побочных эффектов - у 2-со стороны желудочно- кишечного тракта, у 1- отек лица.

Efficacy and tolerability of soluble nimesulid (nimesil) 200 mg/day was assessed in 30 patients with rheumatoid arthritis during an 8-weeks controlled study. Nimesil showed significant analgetic and antiinflammatory effects confirmed by decrease of pain, swollen and painful joint count. Effect was considered as good in 77% of cases. The drug was withdrawn in 3 patients because of side effects (gastrointestinal in 2 and face oedema in I)
