Международные рекомендации по ведению больных гигантоклеточным артериитом и ревматической полимиалгией: итоги 2015 года

Аннотация
В 2015 г. опубликованы новые международные рекомендации по диагностике и лечению системных васкулитов (СВ) с поражением крупных сосудов, которые стали результатом систематизированного обобщения современных научных достижений и клинического опыта. Экспертами Французской группы по изучению СВ крупных сосудов были разработаны 15 рекомендаций, осветивших широкий круг проблем гигантоклеточного артериита; Европейская антиревматическая лига и Американская коллегия ревматологов представили совместно 9 рекомендаций, посвященных ревматической полимиалгии. Целью публикации является общая характеристика основных положений новых рекомендаций с обсуждением некоторых дискуссионных вопросов.
