Риск падений у больных ревматоидным артритом

Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются материалы работ по изучению падений как независимого фактора риска переломов у больных ревматоидным артритом (РА). Представлены данные о частоте, а также возможных факторах риска падений у этой категории больных. Распространенность падений в разных странах, по полученным данным, варьирует от 10 до 50%, что может быть связано с различиями в методах сбора информации, а связь изучавшихся факторов с риском падений у больных РА пока однозначно не доказана, и требуется проведение дальнейших исследований.
