Системная красная волчанка с ювенильным дебютом: особенности клинической картины и современные подходы к диагностике

Аннотация

Системная красная волчанка (СКВ) – аутоиммунное заболевание с вовлечением в патологический процесс различных органов и систем, непрогнозируемым течением, риском развития жизнеугрожающих состояний, которое в 10–20% случаев дебютирует в детском и подростковом возрасте. Начало СКВ до наступления совершеннолетия влияет на клинические проявления, особенности течения и прогноз. На основе анализа данных литературы в статье анализируются особенности дебюта и клинической картины СКВ у детей и подростков, обсуждаются аспекты верификации диагноза с учетом необходимости раннего назначения эффективной персонифицированной терапии и улучшения прогноза.
