Факторы, влияющие на качество жизни, связанное со здоровьем, у пациентов с системной красной волчанкой

Аннотация

Системная красная волчанка (СКВ) – хроническое аутоиммунное заболевание, которое поражает любые органы и системы и характеризуется широким спектром разнообразных клинических проявлений. Согласно стратегии «Лечение до достижения цели» (Treat to Target) при СКВ, помимо контроля активности заболевания и необратимых органных повреждений, необходимо проводить оценку качества жизни, связанного со здоровьем (КЖСЗ), что позволяет получить полную и объективную характеристику пациента. Необходимо также учитывать все те факторы и проблемы, которые могут ухудшать КЖСЗ. В качестве главных симптомов, которые в значительной степени влияют на КЖСЗ, выделяют усталость, боль и депрессию. Также учитывается влияние когнитивных нарушений, связанных с заболеванием. Немаловажной проблемой для больных СКВ является нарушение образа тела, т. е. восприятия своего внешнего облика самим пациентом. Непредсказуемость течения заболевания и нарушение физического функционирования больных затрудняют выполнение повседневных функций, нарушается социализация, пациенты часто испытывают зависимость от других людей. Из-за СКВ пациенты часто ограничены в выборе своей профессии или вынуждены прекращать/менять работу, что приводит к финансовым потерям и ощущению изоляции от общества. Также в обзоре рассматриваются в качестве факторов, влияющих на КЖСЗ, пол, возраст и наличие образования у пациентов с СКВ.
