Устранение сгибательной контрактуры тазобедренных суставов у больной анкилозирующим спондилитом с помощью хирургической операции на мягких тканях

Аннотация
Резюме Описан случай устранения сгибательной контрактуры обоих тазобедренных суставов у больной АС путем проведения относительно малотравматичной хирургической операции на мягких тканях - субспинапьной миофасциотомии мышц левого бедра с парциальным удлинением прямой порции четырехглавой мышцы и капсулотомии левого тазобедренного сустава, что позволило исправить осанку больной.
