Современные представления о диагностике и лечении остеопороза у детей

Аннотация

Остеопороз (ОП) – это заболевание, характеризующееся снижением прочности кости, приводящим к повышению риска переломов. В основе хрупкости костей у детей могут лежать генетические нарушения, хронические заболевания или применение для их лечения препаратов, отрицательно влияющих на костный метаболизм. В статье рассматривается современная классификация ОП у детей, подходы к его диагностике, роль денситометрического обследования в постановке диагноза.

Основной целью профилактики и лечения ОП является достижение более высокого пика костной массы, улучшение микроархитектоники костей, а также, как и у взрослых, снижение риска переломов, предотвращение деформаций скелета, улучшение подвижности, независимости и качества жизни. Представлены рекомендации по изменению образа жизни, включая адекватное потребление кальция и витамина D, приему антирезорбтивных препаратов, а также по ведению детей с ОП.
