Иксекизумаб в терапии псориатического артрита

Аннотация
Псориатический артрит (ПсА) характеризуется сочетанием скелетно-мышечных и внесуставных проявлений, таких как периферический артрит, поражение аксиальных структур, дактилит, энтезит, увеит, воспалительные заболевания кишечника, псориаз (Пс). В настоящее время достигнут большой прогресс в изучении патогенеза ПсА и фармакотерапии этого заболевания. В статье представлены данные по эффективности и безопасности ингибитора интерлейкина 17 иксекизумаба (ИКСЕ). ИКСЕ демонстрирует высокую терапевтическую эффективность в отношении всех клинических проявлений ПсА у большинства больных независимо от сопутствующего приема метотрексата и предшествующего приема генно-инженерных биологических препаратов, наличия кардиометаболической коморбидности. Данный препарат задерживает прогрессирование деструктивных процессов в суставах. ИКСЕ показан пациентам с Пс проблемной локализации: ладонноподошвенным, аногенитальным, волосистой части головы и ногтей.
