Болезнь Шёгрена: мифы и реальность. Часть I

Аннотация
Стоматологические и офтальмологические проявления болезни Шёгрена (БШ) впервые описаны более 100 лет назад, а в качестве самостоятельной нозологической единицы БШ получила признание в 1965 году. Тем не менее, в настоящее время диагностика и лечение данного заболевания по-прежнему вызывают существенные затруднения в связи с низкой осведомленностью врачей об особенностях течения болезни. В первой части статьи приведены наиболее распространенные и значимые мифы об эпидемиологии и диагностике БШ.
