16-й Международный конгресс по системной красной волчанке (LUPUS 2025)

Аннотация

На конгрессе LUPUS 2025 были представлены новейшие данные по системной красной волчанке (СКВ): обновлен алгоритм терапии кожных форм, для волчаночного нефрита предложена ранняя тройная схема терапии и сделан акцент на стандартизированные гистологические критерии ответа. Выделены новые биомаркеры, использование которых позволяет улучшить стратификацию больных. Представлен консенсусный проект рекомендаций по терапии 24 редких проявлений СКВ.
