Психические расстройства у пациентов с псориатическим артритом

Аннотация

Псориатический артрит – хроническое, прогрессирующее гетерогенное заболевание, включающее периферический артрит и спондилоартрит, связанное с кожным псориазом и поражающее различные системы организма. Помимо влияния на соматическое здоровье, псориатический артрит взаимосвязан с психическими расстройствами. Воспалительные процессы, хроническая боль, другие сопутствующие соматические заболевания во многом способствуют развитию психических расстройств, прежде всего депрессивных и тревожных. Психические расстройства часто предшествуют и сопутствуют псориатическому артриту, негативно влияют на выраженность, течение заболевания, а также на эффективность лечения, способствуя формированию терапевтической резистентности.
