Аутовоспалительные заболевания-современный взгляд на проблему

Аннотация

Аутовоспалительными заболеваниями (синдромами) человека (Human autoinflammatory disease - HIDS) называют гетерогенную группу редких, генетически детерминированных состояний, характеризующихся непровоцируемыми приступами воспаления и проявляющихся лихорадкой и клинической симптоматикой, напоминающей ревматическую, при отсутствии аутоиммунных или инфекционных причин [1]. Аутовоспалительные синдромы дебютируют чаще всего в детском возрасте, иногда на первом году жизни, и поэтому являются в первую очередь педиатрической проблемой. Большинство заболеваний из указанной группы относятся к редкой патологии. Однако это во многом обусловлено трудностью диагностики и плохим знанием указанных заболеваний педиатрами во всём мире. Между тем как реальный шанс встретить пациента с подобной патологией есть у каждого практикующего педиатра, в том числе в России.
