Пневмонии при ревматических заболеваниях

Аннотация
В наступившем XXI веке инфекционные заболевания остаются актуальной социальной и медицинской проблемой. Инфекция является одной из ведущих причин смерти в странах с различным уровнем экономического развития. Несмотря на имеющиеся в распоряжении врачей лекарственные средства для этиотропного лечения инфекционных заболеваний, вопросы рациональной антимикробной терапии в различных областях клинической медицины по-прежнему требуют к себе пристального внимания.Вышеизложенное практически полностью относится к ревматологии. Наличие аутоиммунного ревматического заболевания (РЗ) и необходимость применения препаратов с иммуносупрессивным действием нередко обусловливают развитие коморбидных инфекций (КИ) разнообразной локализации, что существенно затрудняет курацию пациентов.
