Роль цитокиновой сети в регуляции воспаления при различных вариантах ювенильного артрита

Аннотация

Хронические артриты у детей являются важной проблемой современной педиатрии в силу того, что эти тяжелые заболевания существенно нарушают качество жизни ребенка и его родителей, требуют немалых экономических затрат на лечение и нередко приводят к инвалидности ребёнка. Этиология этих заболеваний в настоящее время окончательно не расшифрована, существует лишь ряд более или менее обоснованных гипотез на этот счет. Лечение ювенильных артритов (ЮА), несмотря на значительные успехи, достигнутые в последние десятилетия, также далеко от совершенства: подбор медикаментозных средств зачастую производится эмпирически, не всегда врачу удается контролировать патологический процесс и предотвратить серьезные функциональные нарушения. Любой значительный прорыв в терапии хронических артритов у детей может быть достигнут только при условии прогресса в понимании патогенеза этих заболеваний и механизмов действия лекарственных препаратов, направленных на конкретные звенья патологического процесса. Появление в последние годы новых классов лекарственных препаратов, так называемых биологических противовоспалительных агентов, особенно остро ставит вопрос об участии определенных механизмов в формировании различных форм ЮА, без чего невозможно грамотное назначение данных лекарств у конкретного больного.
