Головная боль, эпилептические припадки, когнитивные расстройства и цереброваскулярные заболевания как самые распространенные нейропсихические синдромы при системной красной волчанке

Аннотация
Нервная система часто вовлекается в патологический процесс при системной красной волчанке (СКВ). Нейропсихическая СКВ включает комплекс синдромов. Самыми распространенными являются головная боль, эпилептические припадки, когнитивные расстройства, цереброваскулярные заболевания. Патогенети- ческие механизмы развития нейропсихических синдромов различны. Диагностические и терапевтические стратегии должны быть индивидуализированы для заболевания и пациента. В данной статье будут представ- лены литературные и наши данные по основным наиболее часто встречающимся нейропсихическим син- дромам, развивающимся на фоне СКВ.
