Концепция мультиморбидности в ревматологической практике

Аннотация
Несомненный и оправданный интерес исследователей к коморбидным состояниям при ревматических заболеваниях не угасает в последнее десятилетие, однако концепция мультиморбидности еще не интегрирована ни в клиническую практику, ни в научные исследования в области ревматологии. Термины «коморбидность» и «мультиморбидность» часто (и не всегда осознанно) используются как взаимозаменяемые, что приводит к определенной путанице в терминологии и, соответственно, в разработке стратегий дальнейших научных исследований. Понятия «сопутствующая патология» и «мультиморбидность» не являются взаимоисключающими или противоречащими друг другу, но рассматривать их необходимо с иной точки зрения, нежели «коморбидность». Для клиницистов, занимающихся лечением в первую очередь «типовых» ревматологических пациентов, проблема «мультиморбидной болезни» является скорее правилом, чем исключением. Проведенные за последние годы научные исследования позволили очертить несколько ключевых направлений для дальнейшего изучения концепции мультиморбидности в ревматологической практике, которая позволит развернуть мировое ревматологическое научное сообщество от «ревматической болезни» к больному как единому целому.
