Проблемы применения принципов доказательной медицины в медицинской реабилитации ревматических заболеваний

Аннотация

Проанализированы основные проблемы проведения рандомизированных контролируемых исследований в медицинской реабилитации: отбор пациентов, использование имитационных устройств в качестве плацебо, стандартизация методов, процедура «ослепления». Представлены методологические соображения по повышению качества исследований.
