Диагностические и классификационные критерии в ревматологии: когда их применять и чем они различаются?
Аннотация
При болезнях костно-мышечной системы и соединительной ткани практически отсутствуют тесты, которые со 100% чувствительностью и специфичностью позволяют установить диагноз, что явилось причиной для создания как диагностических, так и классификационных критериев в помощь практическим врачам и исследователям. Вопросы применения этих критериев обсуждается в статье.
