Аутоиммунные заболевания и дисфункция щитовидной железы при ревматоидном артрите

Аннотация

В обзоре литературы рассматриваются различные аспекты сочетания ревматоидного артрита (РА) с аутоиммунными заболеваниями щитовидной железы (тиреоидитом Хашимото и болезнью Грейвса). Обсуждаются распространенность, генетическая предрасположенность, сходство патогенеза и клинических симптомов, а также способность органоспецифичных аутоантител (антител к тиреоидной пероксидазе, антител к тиреоглобулину) и гипотиреоза влиять на течение РА и риск кардиоваскулярых осложнений.
