Нетрудоспособность при системной склеродермии – что известно?

Медико-социальная значимость системной склеродермии (ССД) высока. Прогрессирующее течение заболевания оказывает значимое влияние на функциональное состояние и профессиональную деятельность пациентов, приводя к ранней инвалидизации лиц трудоспособного возраста. В статье представлены данные по распространенности нетрудоспособности при ССД, в том числе в сравнении с другими ревматическими заболеваниями, а также по частоте потери и смены работы вследствие проблем, связанных с ССД. Обсуждается вклад заболевания в социально-экономическую сферу различных стран. Описаны составляющие влияния болезни на трудоспособность, основные подходы к количественной оценке показателей трудоспособности, наиболее часто используемые с этой целью инструменты. Обсуждаются данные разных авторов по результатам оценки трудоспособности у пациентов с ССД и выявленным предикторам ее потери.
