Обзор рекомендаций 2022 Американской коллегии ревматологов (ACR) по профилактике и лечению глюкокортикоидного остеопороза: что нового?

Аннотация
Глюкокортикоиды (ГК) применяются в медицине с середины ХХ века, в том числе для лечения различных системных ревматических заболеваний. Однако длительный прием ГК может сопровождаться развитием серьезных неблагоприятных реакций, одной из которых является вторичный остеопороз, приводящий к возникновению низкоэнергетических переломов, что отражается на качестве жизни больных и может вести к увеличению риска смерти. В статье представлен обзор с обсуждением новой редакции клинических рекомендаций Американской коллегии ревматологов 2022 года по профилактике и лечению глюкокортикоидного остеопороза у взрослых пациентов.
