Поражение позвоночника при аксиальном спондилоартрите: обновление дефиниций изменений, выявляемых при магнитно-резонансной томографии, и их валидация рабочей группой ASAS

Аннотация

В статье представлена обновленная версия определений изменений позвоночника, которые наблюдаются при магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ) больных аксиальным спондилоартритом. Она разработана специальной рабочей группой ASAS (Assessment of Spondyloarthritis International Society). Целью работы является унификация определений и понятий, принятых при описании МРТ позвоночника у больных с хронической болью в спине, для улучшения диагностики аксиального спондилоартрита.
