Влияние курения табака и отказа от него на риск развития и течение ревматоидного артрита

Аннотация

Представлен литературный обзор, в котором проведена оценка результатов научных исследований за предыдущие 10 лет, направленных на изучение влияния курения табака на риск развития ревматоидного артрита (РА). Рассмотрены основные механизмы взаимодействия системы главного комплекса гистосовместимости, синтеза РА-специфических антител, других иммунных нарушений под влиянием сигаретного дыма у больных с РА. Обобщены данные, свидетельствующие о положительном влиянии отказа от курения на течение РА.
