Новые методы хирургического лечения дефектов гиалинового хряща коленного сустава у больных гонартрозом

Аннотация

Лечение дефектов гиалинового хряща у больных с гонартрозом является сложной ортопедической проблемой. Использование мезенхимальных стволовых клеток (МСК), обладающих способностью дифференцироваться в клетки с хондрогенной направленностью, и генно-инженерных технологий перспективно для восстановления суставного хряща. МСК могут быть выделены из различных тканей и размножены без потери способности к хондрогенной дифференцировке [8,17,27]. В данной статье рассматриваются новейшие технологии лечения дефектов суставного хряща коленного сустава при гонартрозе, основанные на применении МСК и прицельной генной терапии.
