Патология периодонта и системные васкулиты: взгляд сквозь призму междисциплинарных исследований

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен исследованиям, направленным на изучение взаимосвязи патологии периодонта (ПП) и хронического аутоиммунного воспалительного ответа, к наиболее ярким моделям которого относят системные васкулиты (СВ). Заболевания периодонта ассоциируются с системным воспалением и сосудистой патологией, что характеризуется эндотелиальной дисфункцией и существенным риском кардиоваскулярных и цереброваскулярных заболеваний, сахарного диабета, аутоиммунных болезней. Обсуждается перспективность междисциплинарных исследований, направленных на изучение биологических эффектов ПП при СВ и других ревматических заболеваниях.
