Значение ультразвукового исследования слюнных желез при болезни Шегрена

Аннотация

В статье обсуждается значение ультразвукового исследования (УЗИ) слюнных желез для диагностики болезни Шегрена, а также для оценки ее активности. Дана характеристика основных ультразвуковых признаков поражения слюнных желез и патогенетических механизмов возникновения этих изменений. Представлены результаты исследований динамики ультразвуковых показателей как у больных, не получающих лечения, так и на фоне различных методов терапии. Также в работе приведены основные данные по роли УЗИ в дифференциальной диагностике заболеваний, протекающих с поражением слюнных желез.
