Ретроперитонеальный фиброз: современный взгляд на старую патологию или когда вопросов больше, чем ответов

Аннотация
Ретроперитонеальный фиброз, или болезнь Ормонда, – редкое хроническое заболевание неустановленной этиологии, характеризующееся прогрессирующим разрастанием неопухолевой фиброзно-воспалительной ткани в забрюшинном пространстве с типичной ее локализацией в инфраренальном отделе аорты с переходом на подвздошные сосуды и вовлечением в патологический процесс мочеточников и других органов забрюшинного пространства. Заболевание нередко протекает с развитием острого мочевого блока, что в ряде случаев связано с поздней диагностикой ввиду низкой осведомленности специалистов. Настоящий обзор посвящен описанию клинических особенностей, эпидемиологии и патогенеза заболевания. Рассмотрены современные подходы к диагностике и лечению, приведены актуальные данные литературы. Работа носит описательный характер и служит обзором существующих знаний в данной области.
