Аннотация

В обзоре рассматривается проблема коморбидности остеоартрита (ОА) и депрессии. Показано, что у больных ОА депрессия часто является компонентом известной триады «боль – депрессия – нарушения сна», нередко определяя функциональные способности и качество жизни. Наличие тревоги и депрессии может повышать риск неудовлетворительных результатов артропластики. Наличие у больных внешних стрессорных факторов требует биопсихосоциального подхода, определяя возможности медикаментозного и немедикаментозного воздействия. Однако, несмотря на достаточно большое количество работ, посвященных проблеме депрессии у больных ОА, остается много нерешенных вопросов, касающихся как ее роли в развитии болезни, так и подходов к терапии.
